What are the conditions that support students and teachers so as to develop resiliency? How can we shift focus to pare down the amount of 'stuff' that needs to be done so as to allow for adaptation, flexibility and change? What systemic structures can help develop resiliency? What does a resilient student do/habits of practice? How does this look for the individual student, teacher, school, district?
